Reason Void has obtained a confidential internal presentation deck from Harmony Haven, dated January 2024, outlining a proposed expansion of the EchoLink emotional modulation system into juvenile detention centers across multiple states. The deck is labeled “FOR INTERNAL MORALITY TRIAL ONLY — DO NOT DISTRIBUTE.”
The 42-slide document, shared by a former behavioral architecture consultant, proposes the deployment of low-frequency tonal regulation arrays, cognitive pacing audio, and self-corrective affect loops into correctional facilities under the guise of rehabilitative serenity immersion.
“They called it therapy,” the whistleblower said. “But the language was clinical camouflage. It’s EchoLink—repurposed for containment.”
